INGREDIENTS: Blackberry leaf, chamomile, St. John's wort, linden, lemon balm, nettle, calendula, dandelion root, burdock root, hawthorn fruits.
Instructions to Steep
Add 1-2 teaspoons to 8 oz short of boiling temperature water
Let tea steep for 5-15 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
